Opening in the spring of 2024, The Prospect will redefine hospitality in Mount Prospect. Personal service and the ultimate dining experience will be hallmarks of the two-story restaurant. Job Description: Prep Cooks at The Prospect are responsible for preparing ingredients and supporting the kitchen team.
Prep Cooks will:
- Prepare and chop vegetables, meats, and other ingredients as directed by the Chef • Measure and assemble ingredients according to recipes
- Assist in the preparation of sauces, dressings, and other components
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
