We are seeking a dedicated Catering Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts and experience in hospitality management. As a Catering Supervisor, you will oversee catering operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise catering events from setup to completion
- Manage catering staff
- Ensure food safety standards are met during food preparation and service
- Collaborate with clients to plan customized menus and services
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of catering supplies
- Monitor event budgets and expenses to maximize profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized catering kitchen and storage areas
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong culinary skills with experience in cooking and banquet service
- Ability to lead a team effectively and provide excellent customer service
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation
- Experience in bartending or coffee service is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and staff members
