Respond to all customer email and telephone inquiries. Take customer requests and convert to “orders” for company. Act as intermediary between customer and internal functions of sales, estimating, purchasing, engineering and production. Maintain responsibility for reviewing, accepting, documenting and following the efficient handling of selected purchase orders/contracts
