Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing calendars, coordinating projects, and performing various clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Strong event planning and coordination abilities
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
