Position Summary:
The Office Assistant will be responsible for assisting with day to day operations.
Essential Duties & Tasks:
- Assist the Owners and other office staff
- Post daily production (data entry)
- Print monthly statements, call on receivables
- Communicate with our clients and answer any questions or concerns via phone, email, and through our courtesy notification system, Captivated
- Communicate with our turf and pest management specialists throughout the day
- Must be comfortable with multi-tasking

Desired Experience:
1 year experience working in customer service preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
**Training will be provided.
Skills / Abilities:
Multi-tasking, attention to detail, self-motivated, must be comfortable interacting with our staff and clients. Must be able to handle a high volume of calls / emails. Excellent customer service skills.
