Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage various aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and budgets.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop project plans, schedules, and milestones.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Assist in the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Utilize project management software such as ViewPoint Spectrum to track project activities and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in project coordination or assistant project management role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, including estimating, scheduling, and blueprint reading.
- Proficient in project management software
- Familiarity with construction industry software such as Bluebeam and ViewPoint Spectrum is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
