Position Summary
As the Quality Manager at Entyre, you will be pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety across our adult foster care medicaid programs. Your primary responsibilities will include leading quality improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of quality improvement programs to enhance patient care.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics and patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with our teams to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain adherence to internal and external regulations.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality improvement practices and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the healthcare sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
