Compensation:
$60,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Respond to all leads and close on them

Manage the pipeline of prospects

Manage and create relationships with investors/buyers

Research and analyze properties on the MLS

Negotiate the best potential price for all properties being sold

Add buyers to the list by zip code

Skip tracing and Calling buyers and obtaining their information to add to buyers' list

Source buyers via the social media platform

Email deals to VIP buyers

Schedule and show properties to buyers

Add new deals to the website

Must be results-driven and have the mindset to want more financially
