Admissions Assistant
Position Overview: As an Admissions Assistant, you will be an integral part of our admissions department. You will be responsible for managing the flow of documents for new admissions and providing essential support to our Admissions Director. This role demands a versatile skill set, including file management, document quality control, record consolidation, strong computer proficiency, efficient filing skills, excellent customer service, conducting facility tours, and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as directed by the Admissions Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and allocate documents for new admissions
Assist the Admissions Director in various tasks
Manage prospect, and applicant files
Ensure the completeness and proper handling of documents
Consolidate and organize records
Utilize computer skills for data management
Maintain an efficient filing system
Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective residence and their families
Conduct engaging and informative facility tours
Fulfill any other duties as directed by the Admissions Director
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in computer skills
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor
Willingness to adapt and learn
Previous experience in admissions or a related field is a plus
Familiarity with health insurance is a plus
Healthcare background a plus
Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
