Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Coordinate, schedule and prioritize service calls for technicians
- Communicate effectively with all parties to verify needs for COI's , dock space, general building access
- Follow-Up with all parties after service has been completed
- Monitor technician progress and provide support as needed
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician availability and customer information
- Manage filter replacement scheduling
- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills/experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high pressure situations
- Ability to begin work at 6:30 AM
Exceptional Candidate will possess:
- Geographic knowledge of greater DC/NOVA/MD region
- Experience with parts ordering and inventory management
- Resolve parts related issues over phone and maintain proper documentation
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and beverage equipment
- Previous experience in dispatching or dispatching admin role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.72 - $24.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
