The operations Manager must have excellent people skills, be detail oriented, prompt, dependable, be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities include:

- Internal Auditing of bookkeeper / payroll specialist
- Bank Reconciliation
- general ledger entries by maintaining and recording files
- Prepare monthly owner financial reporting packages & distribution
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
- Maintain property tax accounts
- Provide annual 1099 filings to required parties
- Assist in year end preparation and reporting as needed
- Adhere to internal policies
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Property Management Basics
- Enforce community and property rules at all times
- Assist with local marketing for properties including leasing & brand recognition
- Use of Tools
- Assist Ability to use technology to solve business problems including:
- ADOBE PDF software, Google Drive, Google Office products, texting, cloud based management/accounting software (Appfolio) and other tools as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
