SUMMARY
Simply True Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive General Manager who has experience managing workflow, and sales. With a proven track record of high performance. The General Manager position is responsible for obtaining revenue and expense budgets, driving operational excellence, and developing sales/service staff through training compliance, modeling core values, and hands-on leadership at the location level. The position is a mixed management position that directly supervises Sales Advisors and Technician personnel. In addition, the General manager/Advisor is responsible to contribute a minimum of 20% location sales by personally writing service tickets and following up on unsold tickets. The General Manager/Advisor is required to ensure the execution of the TRUE Automotive Code of Conduct, Operations, and Team Development objectives.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Obtain budgeted Gross Profit and Margin targets
- Efficiently monitor location Net Profit metrics
- Develop and execute on quarterly plan objectives and adequately monitor KPI’s
- Train and Demonstrate sales techniques required of Service Advisors
- Develop team culture and build in-store cohesion
- Model Company values, GEARS
- Motivate and develop future leaders
- Conduct Monthly reviews with each employee on location
- Ensure Tech Certification and continued learning plan objectives are being met
- Maintain required staffing levels while consistently recruiting to maintain a bench
- Constructing an ethos of Extreme Ownership among the team.
- Foster local relationships to drive store traffic & return customer base
OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVES
- Teach and Train Show and Sell Inspection and Sales process
- Drive sales excellence and reduce zero dollar invoices
- Execute daily location checklist and submit by 9 am
- Ensure Sales and Service staff routines are complete
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of location
- Manage “Fix it plus” customer budget to below target levels
- Manage Parts cost under 25% revenue
- Ensure social media ratings exceed targets and meet content expectations
- Assure uniformity and enforcement of the TRUE Automotive Code of Conduct
- Reconcile cash flow daily
- Monitor and reconcile location payroll
- Onboard new employees within 24hr of hire date
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Requires standing approximately 5 – 8 hours per day

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
