Position Overview: The Human Resources Admin will play a critical role in supporting our new hire process, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new employees. This position requires a detail-oriented, organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This person could report To Chicago IL 60616 or Schaumburg IL 60173.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Pre-Employment Screenings: Ensure all pre-employment requirements and screenings are completed in a timely manner.
Onboarding Management: Initiate and oversee new hire onboarding through ADP, ensuring all necessary steps are completed.
Documentation Assistance: Assist new hires in completing all required documentation accurately and promptly.
I-9 Compliance: Complete the employer portion of the I-9 form and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
Timekeeping System Entry: Enter new employees into the timekeeping system accurately and efficiently.
Communication: Inform management when the new hire is prepared to begin their role.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in human resources or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
