1. Job Purpose
Perform activities related to Sales. Some customer service and SAP support , where
directed by the Sr. VP Sales, in handling daily tasks pertinent to the relationship with
existing and potential customers.
2. Primary KEY RESULT AREAS
2.1. On-site SAP assistant – study, understand and become proficient in SAP report writing
and problem solving.
2.2. Contact and manage sales leads.
2.3. Achieve targeted sales
2.4. Maintain customer pricing.
2.5. Cold call potential prospect.
2.6. Process & analyze sales data and progress reports including: monthly word &
powerpoint & other reports such as monthly MNC monthly update or others as
requested.
3. Secondary KEY RESULT AREAS
2.7. Complete quarterly or other sales meeting data, templates, and presentations as needed or requested.
2.8. Coordinate travel arrangements as needed for sales, trade shows & others. Maintain &
update google calendar for all members of the UVA team.
2.9. Organize events, conferences, and other meetings.
2.10. Attend trade shows to promote products & Arrange meetings and conference rooms and ACS show agenda and other requirements as needed to allow the show to go smoothly.
2.11. Research and analysis of targeted market trends and opportunities.
4. BACKGROUND INFORMATION AND MAIN ACTIVITIES
1) The job is in an Inside Sales/Customer Service environment and involves Sales &
customer service for both internal and external customers and sales
support/coordination.
2) Selling Everlight Chemical products to potential customer
3) SAP onsite assistant
4) Assisting Customer Service - support function
5) Support Sales Team with selling and customer service activities

Pay: $43,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
