Location: Kohler, WisconsinJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $30 - 35 per hourWe are seeking a dynamic and skilled Content Producer to join our client's team in Kohler, WI on a contract basis. In this specialized project management role, you will oversee multiple, large and small scale projects, ensuring smooth execution from inception to delivery. Your deep understanding of the entire video and print production processes will be critical in leading internal projects and executing creative concepts on a global scale. No production is too big or too small for you to handle.Responsibilities: Oversee and lead multiple production projects from concept to delivery, including print, video, digital, and social media.Ensure adherence to project budgets and deadlines.Create and track estimates and timelines.
Oversee pre-production and production to meet business partner objectives.Coordinate studio resources, both internal and external, and provide logistical support for crew, talent, product, set, location, props, and production (and postproduction as needed).Coordinate studio pre-production meeting components such as set completion, propping, and product installation.Serve as the primary project liaison between the Photo COE and other COEs, studio team, account and project management teams, and external vendors.Facilitate clear, constructive, and ongoing communication, including schedule, project, and budget updates.Maintain a roster of production resources including contractors, photographers, talent agencies, and stylists.Ensure prop budget adherence and inventory all purchases.Maintain and update production databases, calendars, and similar production tools.Coordinate travel arrangements for talent and crew. Prepare call sheets for set and location (photography projects).Negotiate model/talent fees, usage rights, and associated costs. Submit detailed casting spec sheets to model/talent agents.Complete and submit all talent, property, and inventory releases for production. Secure and verify permits as needed.Work with Communications Business Manager to ensure compliance with legal and purchasing standards.Coordinate final completion of the Production Toolkit.Qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedBachelor’s degree in Communications, Film/Video, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an in-house producer, line producer, agency producer, or comparable production experience.Highly organized and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.Comprehensive understanding of photo and video production and post-production, including equipment, hardware, and software.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to confidently explain estimates, production schedules, and specifics to internal business partners and external vendors.
