Job Description
· Administer and maintain Internal Network.
· Provide Network Support / Technical Support and Software Support internally and to clients.
· Implement / Manage Microsoft Software products internally.
· Be proactive on new technologies.
· Learn Dynamics GP/ Business Central / CRM Software
· Manage new Client Installations.
· Manage Client Upgrades
· Manage Client Service Packs
. Perform system configuration, installation, data migration and testing.
. Identify and define software customizations as required by the client.
. Coordinate with development group on solution design, programming, and testing
. Provide end-user training and support.
Skills
· Ability to identify and solve problems.
· Ability to gather and analyze information and develop solutions.
· Ability to demonstrate analytical skills while troubleshooting software applications.
· Respond to escalated customers support cases in a timely fashion.
· Ability to effectively communicate and document customer concerns.

· Document solutions and close cases or escalate as needed.
· Communicate with customers in a professional way, explaining solutions, answering questions and providing professional advice
