Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Construction Management or Engineering from a four-year college or university and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient Computer Skills: Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, On-Screen Take-off, web browsers, and ability to learn to use other software.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must pass post offer/pre-employment drug screening.
General Responsibilities:
- Reviews all information to fully understand all conditions and requirements of the job prior to bidding and incorporate factors into the cost estimate.
- Prepares cost estimates for construction projects, change orders, and services.
- Prepares written proposals, markets services to prospective clients and solicits new business.
- Plans, directs, and coordinates projects to ensure that goals or objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget.
- Effectively leads the General Superintendent, Job Superintendent, Foreman, Suppliers, and Subcontractors assigned to a project.
