Summary: Demonstrates leadership and a positive attitude with the team members while delegating tasks and giving instructions. Directs and helps train new and existing team members on the brand’s mission, restaurant standards, and expectations while casting a clear Vision. The District Manager must be passionate about our vision and connect emotionally with each guest and team member to help build loyalty. The District Manager is to assist the Restaurant General Manager in any way possible to drive the business forward by helping improve training and help with daily operations while upholding our standards.
Duties:
- Supervise and provide leadership to a team of store managers and team members within the district
- Monitor and analyze store performance, including profit loss, sales, and expenses
- Implement strategies to improve store operations, customer service, and overall profitability
- Develop and execute business plans for the district to drive growth and achieve sales targets
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency
- Lead and support new store openings, renovations, and other special projects within the district
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in a similar role, such as District Manager or Regional Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Proficient in project management principles and practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
