Position Summary:
As a Fritz Winter SAP Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping organizations optimize their business processes using global SAP solutions. Your expertise will contribute to coordinate SAP requirements, SAP change requests and enhancing overall efficiency. He/she will drive integrations between SAP and Manufacturing Systems (MII) and to ensure SAP ERP is adequate to support business conditions and business needs.
Here are the key responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Member of an international SAP Team with German headquarters
- Collaborate with business colleagues to analyze their existing processes e.g. logistics operations, supply chain management
- Understand their unique requirements and pain points
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP modules and functions.
- Ensure that the solutions meet the client's specific needs and adhere to industry standards.
- Consulting and support of SAP (Key) users during implementations and ongoing operation
- Coordinate divisional key user alignment meetings
- Support SAP change requests
- Provide ongoing technical support for SAP applications.
- Troubleshoot issues related to business processes.
- Onsite support for divisions across the region for different activities, i.e., user assistance, training, diagnosis, implementation, testing, troubleshooting, go live
- Mentor, train, support and solve problems in SAP for the end user in the different departments or areas
Qualifications / Requirements:
· technical understanding of SAP
· SAP Know How (e.g. Production and Logistics)
· Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, facilitation and organizational skills
· Problem solving skills (Getting things done)
· Customer oriented approach
· High level of initiative
· Flexibility to travel up to 5%
