Our Entry Level Manager must have an excitement for sales, innovation, and finding effective solutions to meet the needs of others. Our Entry Level Manager team is constantly working with and discovering new and exciting opportunities to increase our customer base while retaining our existing accounts for life.
We are also looking for our next Entry Level Manager to:
- Work directly with customers, presenting packages specific to their needs
- Maintain lasting relationships with each customer account throughout the sales process and after product delivery/installation
- Utilize negotiation skills and the ability to overturn objections when necessary
- Close sales effectively while answering all questions regarding products, delivery, etc.
- Collaborate with other Entry Level Managers to ensure team productivity goals are met consistently
- Keep and provide updated customer records for our Compliance and Quality Control team to ensure satisfaction

Qualities We Are Looking For In Our Next Entry Level Manager:
- Experience in a Customer Service, Management, Sales, and/or related entry-level experience is a bonus
