Salary Range: $52,711.86 - $59,037.00 per year

Responsibilities:
- Deliver services to clients in accordance with contract, Plan of Operations, contract handbook and compliance guide.
- Perform in-home consultations every 7-10 days with clients throughout the family’s service period.
- Develop action plans with family’s assistance.
- Attend all meetings and trainings as specified by Supervisor.
- Share on-call responsibilities with other program staff to ensure that client’s needs are met in the timeliest fashion possible.
- Assist the Community Liasion with Outreach and Universal Child Abuse Prevention Services efforts to promote public awareness of the STAY Program and child abuse prevention through public speaking and by distribution of materials.
- Coordinate with other agencies to assist STAY clients in obtaining additional services when needed.
- Report suspected child abuse/neglect to a member of the leadership team, and/or appropriate hotline as required.

Requirements
EDUCATION - Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
* May be substituted for 4 years of additional experience
EXPERIENCE - 1 (one) year of fulltime experience working with youth and families.
PHYSICAL - Required to talk, hear, stand; walk; use hands and arms. Occasional ability to use up to 100 pounds of force and/or life up to 50 pounds. Employees with infectious diseases or skin lesions shall not work during communicability.
RESIDENCE - Must live in Pecos, Reeves or Ward County
