The Sales Support Coordinator position is the entry level role into Rhino-Back Roofing's Inside Sales Department. This is a highly active and rewarding position. The primary function of this role is to assist the inside sales team to get more claims approved and projects closed. Team members that excel in this role will be consider for promotion into our TOP PAID inside sales roles.

PRIMARY DUTIES
- Call customers for onboarding into insurance process
- Call insurance companies and insurance adjusters to retrieve estimates
- Call customers to determine color choices
- Getting adjusters on the phone to speak with our sales team
- Call campaign to help close sales
- Reading and assessing insurance company estimates
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Able and willing to perform a high volume of outbound calls
- 1+ years of sales, customer service and/or consulting experience
- Must be self-driven & highly motivated
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and quotas
- Good with numbers and reports
- Proficient keyboard skills
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Applicants must be 18 years old or older
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
-COMPENSATION
- W-2 Base Salary position, PLUS expected performance-based commissions and bonuses
- AVERAGE income target with bonus $60,000-$70,000
- 401(k) with employer contribution available
