Job Description: Customer / Field support Representative

DAWGS is currently seeking a Customer / Field Support Representative to handle various tasks. This position will provide back- up support to additional departments as needed.
Duties:
● Provides quotes to new homeowners who purchased a property that is currently secured with DAWGS equipment to potentially transfer rental services
● Takes lead on the transfer of service process from beginning to end
● Creates work orders based on inquiry type from customers
● Responds to inquiries via phone, email and other internal systems
● Manage real-time inquiries while keeping track of and responding to follow up inquiries from
customers
● Directs calls and work requests to relevant departments
● Resolves common customer inquiries accurately and efficiently
● Generates invoices and processes payments
● Provides back- up to the scheduling and billing department during vacation and other absences
● Performs other duties as assigned
Skills Qualifications:
● Highly motivated, organized, reliable, detail-oriented and accurate
● Strong verbal and communication skills
● Problem solver with strong analytical skills
● Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
● Ability to multitask and prioritize with the flexibility to quickly adjust to constant change iin order to
meet current demand.
● Ability to be firm with customers particularly on collection calls while keeping a professional
demeanor when dealing with difficult clients/customers
● Exceptional attendance
● Ability to type 50+ wpm
● 2+ years in an inbound call center is preferred
● Proficient with computer systems (Google Apps and Salesforce.com experience a plus)
● Microsoft Excel

Pay: $21.00 per hour
