Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Home Warranty Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business development initiatives related to home warranty services. This role involves cultivating and managing relationships with clients, including real estate agencies, property management companies, and individual homeowners, to promote the benefits of home warranty coverage and generate revenue for the company.
Duties:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets. Identify target markets, segments, and potential clients to prioritize sales efforts effectively.
-Possess a deep understanding of the home warranty products and services offered by the company. Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and coverage options to prospective clients.
