We are seeking a motivated individual to help the Sales Manager to handle daily tasks, which require business thoughts and data analysis capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Use software (such as Excel, ERP, WMS) to collect, record, and organize various sales data
- Using statistics and analysis to make reports. Using these reports to partner with the Sales Manager to develop new business.
- Continuously track sales orders and resolve related matters as required using Salesforce
- Assist the Sales Manager to develop various new business.
- Handling office related affairs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree is preferred
- Proficient in the use of office software, such as Microsoft Suite, Google Suite
- Experience in ERP, WMS, and Salesforce (preferred)
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Bilingual in Mandarin
Pay: $20-$23, nonexempt
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
