As the face of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing our hotel's reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests with courtesy and professionalism
- Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, providing accurate information about the hotel and the local area
- Oversee reservations and cancellations with meticulous attention to detail
- Operate phone systems, direct calls, and take messages proficiently
- Promptly and effectively address guest requests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in operating phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
- Strong knowledge of hotel management procedures
- Previous experience in front desk operations within the hospitality industry
- Exceptional guest relations skills to ensure a positive and memorable guest experience
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse guests
- Familiarity with resort or hospitality management practices
- Friendly demeanor and ability to deliver outstanding guest services
