POSITION MISSION: To cheerfully greet and assist clients, provide office administration support, and solidify client relationships by diligently overseeing and managing timely communication with Attorneys and Clients.
JOB SUMMARY: KKOS’s Phoenix Team is a lively group of fun-loving people who love to laugh while enjoying their work with a view. The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist performs office administrative duties including routing mail and supply ordering, and demonstrates genuine care for our clients by scheduling appointments and working directly with the Attorneys to proficiently guide and facilitate the implementation of the client’s business and tax strategies. Receptionist Key Duties:
o Answering incoming calls and scheduling current clients
o Provide office administration support including but not limited to incoming and outgoing mail, and IT support
o Support new hire onboarding including assigning software, work area set up, building parking and key card access, and gym access
o Organize Phoenix events, birthday luncheons, and other team celebrations
o Order office snacks and supplies
Administrative Assistant Key Duties:
o Collaborate with Attorneys to deliver a high-touch satisfying service to clients
o Field client inquiries
o Answer questions regarding company services and pricing
o Collect and store billing information
o Manage documents, including sending, receiving, and gathering all required documentation necessary for the delivery of services
o Input and manage updates to client contact and account information
o Tracking appointment data
Required Qualifications:
· People person with at least 2 years Professional Office experience, and 2 years of customer service experience
· Professional who understands workplace demeanor and who can deliver outstanding client service while skillfully supporting at least 2 Attorneys
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Strong work ethic with good attendance and punctuality
· Attention to detail
· Adaptability in a growing organization
· Superior computer skills including knowledge of Google Workspace
o Willingness to perform additional tasks and projects as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
