We are looking for Turndown & Room Attendants to join our team!
We have both full-time and part-time available.
THE ROOM ATTENDANT REQUIREMENTS:
Clean guest rooms in accordance with established quality and performance standards to allow a sufficient quantity of vacant and clean guest rooms for sale.
Clean occupied guest rooms.
Organize linen closets on floors assigned.Complete accurately, and in a timely manner, any assigned paperwork.
Must be able to exert well-paced ability to reach different floors of the hotel on a timely basis.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks.
Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests.
Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and other employees.
Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
Required: must have open availability, weekends, and holidays.
Experience in Luxury Hospitality preferred.
THE TURNDOWN ATTENDANT REQUIREMENTS:
- Review turndown list and stock caddie to ensure all supplies, linen and amenities are available for properly turndown guest rooms.
- Review list for any special requests.
- Turndown each assigned room according to hotel turndown SOP to include: refresh towels, replace glasses, turndown bed, light restock amenities, turn on bed light, turn on radio, etc.
- Fulfill guest requests and handle guest problems/complaints as they may arise to achieve customer Satisfaction.
- Report any missing articles, damage or mechanical problems to the Supervisor.
- Turn in all articles left in guest rooms to the Supervisor to log in Lost and Found.
- Report all safety hazards and items requiring repair to the Supervisor.
- Assume all safety duties and responsibilities of a Lobby Attendant in his/her absence and/or as requested.
- Must speak, read and understand a moderate amount of English.
- Required: must have open availability, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in Luxury Hospitality preferred.
