Wentworth Health Partners Primary Care at Pease – Portsmouth
Our practice is located in a state-of-the-art facility at 67 Corporate Drive in Portsmouth, NH 03801. As Family Medicine office, we provide outstanding primary care and preventative health care to patients of all ages.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour RN to support the practice onsite, Monday through Friday. The operating hours of the practice are 7:30am to 5:30pm. Schedules are staggered, but this role will consist of 5, 8-hour shifts weekly (or we are also able to accommodate a schedule of 4, 10 hour shifts weekly if that is preferred!)
The responsibilities of this role will consist of primarily phone triage but also has some patient facing hands-on aspects as well. The Nurse will handle patient interactions via telephone, provide advice in accordance with clinical protocols, and coordinate proper disposition. Calls are related to patient concerns and education, appointments, pre and post procedures, inpatient admissions, prescription refills, and test results.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in NH required.

BLS required prior to hire.

Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, preferably in a community-based ambulatory setting preferred.
