ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Randy Reeves State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional. Detailed product training will be provided through out employment. As a customer-oriented expert, you will recommend Life/Health Property and Casualty insurance services and products based on needs-based conversations. Your sales experience equips you to continually grow your income as you provide the needed security to families.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services based on needs.
- Work with the agent to meet marketing and sales goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful, exceptionally satisfying, and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dependable.
- Have or be able to acquire Property and Casualty license and Life license.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Display good analytical skills.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Responsible
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
