We are looking for a Medical Assistant to join our team of healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will provide primary care and internal medicine services to our patients, including geriatrics. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for taking vital signs, administering injections, and providing patient education. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient examinations and treatments.
- Perform medical tests and procedures such as EKGs, injections, and vital signs.
- Assist with patient education and counseling.
- Maintain patient records and charts.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals to specialists.
- Maintain medical supplies and equipment.
- Provide support to physicians in the primary care, internal medicine, and geriatrics departments.
