West Suburban commercial real estate firm seeking an Assistant Property Manager. Position is based in Lombard. Candidate, under the supervision of the Property Manager, will be responsible for a commercial portfolio of office, retail, and industrial buildings, and commercial condominium and business park associations.
Essential Responsibilities:
-Manage inbound/outbound property related calls and emails in a timely manner
-Formulate work orders as needed and conduct service follow up
-Prepare RFPs as needed
-Evaluate proposals and organize estimates for presentation to ownership
-Conduct periodic site visits and initiate action to correct janitorial and maintenance
deficiencies noted during these inspections
-Manage service contracts
-Schedule and facilitate all required annual and regular service inspections and testing for Fire Safety Systems, HVAC, Roof, Plumbing, and other building systems
-Monitor contractor performance
-Know and adhere to the covenants and by-laws and/or lease specifications for each property
-Schedule and confirm attendance for all Board Meetings
-Establish and maintain outstanding customer relations with ownership and tenants
-Supervise vendor performance and take necessary action as appropriate
-Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Requirements:
High School diploma required, College degree preferred.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
