The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities for the assigned key account / distribution channel.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordination of the product marketing process from concept to launch.

Initiate market research via store check, market trend reports analysis, google research, and competition research in order to understand market trends and identify white spaces.

Create the product brief process in conjunction with the Marketing Director and the Product Development Manager and lead the timeline from concept to launch.

Participate in the pricing strategy of new and existing products.
-
Maintains ownership of cost of goods creation and approval process.
-
Periodically present a competition analysis (pricing, promotions, and new products) to Marketing Director.

Source packaging, GWP’s, or any other marketing collateral, and cross function with purchasing, production or any other department involved in the project.

Work with creative, web, and social media to define and implement marketing campaigns.

Provide marketing and advertising support for brand awareness through in-store signage, magazines, event brochures and banners and other avenues of branding collateral.

Contribute to the strategic planning of the annual or long-term product marketing plan to drive forward company objectives.

Maintain, build and update customer database.

Prepare requests for prototypes, mockup samples and manage communication with Purchasing and Creative teams.

Manage all communication for product approvals and product samples.
-
Maintain prices and prepare sales materials to include fact sheets, sell sheets, and deal sheets.

Arrange for the effective distribution of sales and marketing materials.

Handle administrative duties including shipping sample products to company sales force, customers and media influencers as needed.

Implement promotions with existing and new products to promote sales.

Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or any related field.

At least 2 years of experience in Brand or Product Marketing, Sales or Advertising.

Excellent in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
