Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: -Manage the service department effectively by scheduling service appointments, and organizing work flow to deliver quality work on time to customers. -Oversee complete vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendations—building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts. -Help drive and reach sales goals through customer interactions and service sales. -Build long lasting relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by being the liaison between technicians and guests. -Overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
