COMPANY OVERVIEW: Lifelinks resources is an autism spectrum disorder consulting and treatment company that provides support for children with an autism spectrum disorder, and their families. The treatment model is grounded in the implementation science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Family-Centered Planning, Routines-Based Intervention, and family participation. Our treatment philosophy is guided by the belief that services should be provided in the natural environment as early as possible, be individualized for each child/family, and support the unique culture of each family. The Treatment team is led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who will engage the family in their child's treatment, coordinate care with other treatment professionals, work with community resources, supervise the behavior technician implementing the treatment plan, and develop a positive collaborative relationship with any other professionals working with the child and family.
BEHAVIOR ANALYST
JOB SUMMARY: The right candidate will be integral to ensuring the highest possible treatment outcomes for families affected by ASD. The BCBA designs and manages individualized behavior programming including: supervising direct 1:1 treatment service, developing individualized goals/objectives, conducting behavior assessments, individualizing client treatment plans, and managing RBTs.
Qualifications
- Valid BCBA license and certification
- Competence in supervising and developing ABA treatment programs for clients
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administering, conducting, evaluating and supervising the implementation of behavioral assessment measures (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and functional assessment measures
- Developing individualized goals and objectives for In-home and center-based programs and designing behavior support plans based on functional assessment data
- Ensuring appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives
- Teaching/training Program Coordinators and Behavioral Technicians on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems
- Conducting Behavioral Technicians and Program Coordinators training and parent consultation as necessary
- Is responsible for ongoing individual program oversight and conducting weekly supervision meetings with Program Coordinators and Behavior Technicians
- Meets regularly with the Director of Outpatient Behavioral Services and notifies her/him immediately of issues impacting client’s progress and satisfaction
- Completes all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner as requested by the Director of Outpatient Behavioral Services
- Oversees and directs the scheduling of Outpatient Program Coordinators and Behavioral Technicians as needed and ensures proper billing entry in Rethink Behavioral Health as required
