Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive services and dealership operations. With a focus on the following brands : Honda, Kia, Toyota, Hyundai.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the service department
- Manage and lead a team of service advisors and technicians
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met in the shop and lane
- Suspend and review service orders for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with automotive sales team and Service Director for seamless customer experiences and efficiency in the shop
- Provide guidance on vehicle maintenance, tire service, oil changes, and diesel engine repairs based on manufacturer specifications
Skills:
- Proven experience in automotive service management in a dealership setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of dealership operations and service processes
- Knowledge of dealership warranty policies and procedures
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
PAY Listed is for base pay, you will also be paid commissions earned on the 15th of the following month.
