Job Summary:
Skillcraft Machine Tool Company, Inc. is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist with managing the incoming workflow through Outlook and various other locations. As well as, keeping critical documents, both physical and electronic, up to date and maintained. This is a Part-time, hourly position with a competitive a wage based on experience.
Responsibilities:
· Manage incoming flow of RFQs and Purchase Orders through Outlook and various customer portals; gather necessary info for the quoting engineer, enter purchase order into ERP.
- Management of Blueprint storage, electronic & physical hardcopies.
- Keep critical documents up to date, and maintain company documents, while working with the management team to record critical information.
-Scanning and maintain electronic filing systems’ job folders and blueprints.
-All other reasonable duties, as required.
Qualifications:
- High level of attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong computer skills with a focus on data entry and accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record
- Ability to handle customers in a pleasant and polite manner
- Previous administrative experience demonstrating organizational abilities
- Typing speed and accuracy to support daily tasks
- Excellent ability to multitask and stay organized
- Able to sit, stand, bend, squat and walk about the facility
