Administrative Assistant & Staffing Coordinator
Overview:
Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant & Staffing Coordinator in Centralia, WA and be part of our mission through talent acquisition and management. As a key player on our Contract Fulfilment Team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, recruiting, and retaining top talent to support our company's and our client's growth and success.
**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with Contract and HR managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Utilize ATS/HRIS to source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
- Coordinate job postings on job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, including skills evaluation and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Support employee evaluation processes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in recruitment software.
- Experience with HR management systems.
- Knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
- Familiarity with technical recruiting methods and talent management strategies.
- Ability to conduct employee evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Experience with Quickbooks, Rippling, Bamboohr or similar payroll systems is a plus.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques for attracting top talent.
- Proficient in HR sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates.
- Proven experience in spreadsheet creation and updates
