Part-Time - Entry Level Office Assistant position available, with potential to grow to full-time, for a candidate who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills both written and verbal and who is ready to hit the ground running with a company that is rapidly growing. Excel, Word, Email and Google Calendar are required skills. QuickBooks and generator or hot tub industry experience are beneficial but can be trained.
Generator Pro is an authorized sales and service center for Kohler, Generac and Briggs & Stratton brands including portable, home standby and commercial generators. Located in Nashua NH, we have been in business for more than a decade serving greater southern NH and northern, MA. We are proud members of both the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating and Nashua BNI (Business Network Industry). We make it easy for our customers, handling everything from site prep, delivery, installation and ongoing preventive maintenance, service and warranty repairs. We service everything we sell.
Spa Guy has provided sales and service for Softub brand hot tubs since 2007. Unlike traditional fiberglass hot tubs , Softub are portable and can easily be moved from location to location. Spa Guy serves customers throughout New England.
This position will assist with both companies as needed, between 2 locations, both in Nashua.
Duties for the position include but are not limited to answering phones, scheduling appointments, providing outstanding customer service, processing orders, accounts receivable, receiving deliveries, and assisting Office Manager and technicians with new and ongoing projects. Minimum of 20 hours available Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
This position interacts daily with office manager, owner, electricians, gas fitters, technicians, customers, prospects and vendors and reports directly to office manager.
