The Executive Assistant is the primary point of contact for our clients when reaching out to our office. It is their responsibility to set the expectation for all future interactions between the advisor and client and they are at the forefront of creating a memorable client experience. This person will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks by assisting the Advisors and team with managing and organizing office workflow to maintain the smooth operation of a fast-paced and friendly financial planning office. Additionally, they will provide assistance in a variety of administrative and client service functions with a strong emphasis on professionalism and compassion. We are seeking someone who will go above and beyond to ensure that our clients are receiving excellent ongoing service.
We are looking for someone who is committed to joining our team and growing with our practice over time. There will be many opportunities for advancement both in the current role being offered, as well as potential to take on more responsibilities as our company dynamic continues to evolve.
In addition to the base salary, we offer the potential for a 9% annual bonus based on team metrics, individual bonuses based on measurable goals, and an annual team trip for hitting a stretch goal that we set each year. Our office also features a collection of coffee makers, snacks, and a shuffleboard table. While shuffleboard experience is not required, it is encouraged. We also provide our team members with Summer Friday's where we close the office at noon every Friday during the summer season.
