**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Technology Service Administrator to join our team. This is a carrer focused job opportunity in Klamaht Falls, OR. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining various aspects of our technology operations. This role requires a strong understanding of IT systems and excellent problem-solving skills.
**Duties:**
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Set up accounts for new users
- Repair and replace equipment as necessary
- Test new technology
- Train staff on new systems
- Document processes and create project scope documents
- Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions
- Create cusomized reports
- Other duties as assigned
**Skills:**
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of network principles and operating systems
- Familiarity with APIs, SQL & SQL Server, XML, FTP, and firewall configurations
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (especially Excel)
- Understanding of information security principles
- Willing to learn new skills and become a Subject Matter Expert in our customized software
