The prospective employee should have a solid work ethic that is proven through their resume and references. Must be able to work independently and within a team environment equally. This person should be punctual and extremely detail oriented and must possess good oral and written communication skills.
Duties:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or breaches
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations
- Maintain accurate records security logs
- Enforce company policies and procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries or concerns
- Operate CCTV systems and other security equipment as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in security or loss prevention preferred
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is a plus
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
