We have live music every day, sometimes twice a day, great food, great people and a great environment by the water. Looking for authentic individuals to join our team.
Our goal is to provide the best experience possible and focus on constant innovation to keep superior service and the local feel at our pulse. We Service the 1500 Slips in the harbor, walking path guests, visitors and we are 1 block south of Solider Field.
We also added an addition to our restaurant BIGBBQ which serves ribs and is our second bar.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare pizzas out of our menu and based on custom orders
- Bake a wide variety of pizza doughs, including thin crust, thick crust and cheese-stuffed
- Make fresh tomato, pesto and white cream sauces
- Wash and chop vegetables (for example, tomatoes, peppers, onions and mushrooms)
- Cut, slice and grill meats like chicken, ham and beef
- Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed
- Use less traditional ingredients to appeal to a larger audience (for example, vegan cheese and gluten-free flour)
- Cook appetizers, like mozzarella sticks, pizza bites, garlic breads and salads
- Recommend new recipes to update our menus
- Maintain a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment
Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Able to work in continuously-standing position for five or more hours
Full AM Availability (Hours vary between 5am-2pm)
Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks
Delivers outstanding customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in a back of house production position
Good work ethic, communication and time management skills
Job Requirements
Availability to work onsite with a flexible, open schedule often including evenings and
weekends preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to exert well-paced mobility for at least 8 hours, including standing, walking,
bending and squatting
Ability to work with a wood burning oven, electric pizza convection oven and
commercial spiral mixer
