Position Title: Bookkeeper

General Description:
Our company is seeking an experienced full time Bookkeeper. This position will require handling our cash management at a high level of accuracy and timeliness, ensure all general business requirements are being met.
Job Requirements:
- Daily operations of cash handling.
- Audit and maintain lottery on a daily/weekly basis.
- Generate monthly reports from daily paperwork
- Input invoices into back office software and follow up to ensure accuracy in the system.
- Maintain change bank and provide assistance to cashiers as needed.
- Background Check Required
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with bookkeeping.
- Retail Experience Preferred
- Ability to multitask, organize, have attention to detail, have strong critical-thinking skills and work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), Google Sheets, Quickbooks Online, etc.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Pay: TBD Depending on Skill and Experience.
