Key Responsibilities for Servers:
Greeting and Seating Guests: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure they are comfortable throughout their dining experience.
Menu Knowledge: Be well-versed in our menu offerings, including the ingredients, preparation methods, and suggested pairings, to provide recommendations and answer guests' questions confidently.
Order Taking and Delivery: Take guests' orders accurately, ensuring special requests or dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen promptly. Serve dishes with precision, adhering to presentation standards.
Beverage Service: Offer our extensive wine and beverage selection to complement guests' meals. Possess knowledge of wine pairings and confidently recommend options based on guests' preferences.
Upselling and Add-ons: Suggest additional items, such as appetizers, desserts, or specialty beverages, to enhance guests' dining experiences and increase overall revenue.
Table Maintenance: Keep tables clean, organized, and properly set for the next course, maintaining an elegant ambiance at all times.
Anticipate Guest Needs: Proactively attend to guests' needs during their meal, such as refilling drinks, providing additional condiments, or bringing extra utensils.
Handle Guest Feedback: Listen attentively to guest feedback, resolving any issues professionally and promptly, ensuring guests leave satisfied.
Requirements for Servers:
Previous Experience: Prior experience in a fine dining restaurant or upscale hospitality environment is preferred.
Customer Service Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
