We are looking for a positive, energetic individual to join our leadership team as a Client Service Team Leader. This is a full- time position with weekend rotations required.

Skills and experience:
- Must have management/leadership experience and be available for full-time employment.
- Must be a quick learner and be able to multi-task
- Must possess and demonstrate effective leadership qualities.
- Ability to promote effective communication among team members

- Should have experience working in a high-volume Veterinary hospital or equivalent.
- Must have the ability to stay positive during challenging situations
- The ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain emotional composure
- This person should be able to provide motivation and support to team members.
- Must be dedicated to high standard of client care with a passion for growing people.
- This person should be a self-starter and be able to collaborate with a group.
- Position requires the ability to lift 40lbs
- Requires schedule flexibility and the ability to work long hours, weekends, and evenings
- Have interest in long term employment
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading a team of CSR’s and collaborating with management team to implement protocols and procedures.
- Managing employee schedule, time off requests etc.
- Proficient Core Competencies in CSR job role not limited to the following:
- Answering telephones promptly and professionally (multi-line phone system)
- Scheduling appointments and surgeries according to hospital guidelines
- Greeting clients; patient check-in for appointments and surgery
- Cashing out clients and reconciling invoices and payments
- Screening and routing calls to appropriate staff
- Taking clear and concise messages for the doctors
- Answering client questions about veterinary services and products
- Checking electronic medical and computer records for accurate client information
- Following business opening and closing procedures
- Ensuring that reception area is always clean and presentable
- Working with nursing staff to ensure seamless communication and cooperation between treatment area and front desk

Hospital hours: Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM- 7:00 PM. Saturdays: 8:00 AM-12:00PM.
