ENS Security is a leading provider in Design, Development, Manufacture & Distribution of Surveillance (CCTV), Low-Voltage and Networking Products which was founded in 2000. ENS Security is headquartered in New York and has branch locations in California, Florida, Texas, Illinois and our newest location in Markham, Ontario, Canada.
ENS Security, a CCTV wholesaler, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative, Account Manager with a focus of managing and growing the accounts of current customers.
The Account Manager should embrace a sense of urgency and be able to overcome objections while achieving sales targets through solution based account management by upselling, cross-selling and retaining existing customers. The role offers an hourly base salary and uncapped commissions (very lucrative).
The role is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, onsite (not remote), in our Houston office.
Essential functions and duties:
· Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with existing customers. Regularly engage with the clients to understand their business needs, challenges and requirements.
· Meet or exceed sales revenue generation targets through product offers to clients and negotiating prices.
· Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage and update client information, track interactions and generate sales forecasts.
Qualifications:
· 1 to 2 years’ experience in Sales, preferred in account management.
· CCTV experience is a plus, but not required.
· Prior experience with Salesforce and Acumatica is a plus
