As a Client Solutions Associates, you’ll be responsible for assisting customers with placing orders and collaborating with assigned sales representatives and the internal team to see an order through from entry to delivery and through billing. As a Purchasing Agent, you’ll be responsible for entering purchase orders for inventory, coordinating with vendors and internal team to see order placed through delivery/receiving and invoice billing.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter orders- process orders via phone and email.
- Answer questions/providing solutions for customers regarding their sales orders and internal team regarding your purchase orders.
- Research- justifying prices, order quantity.
- Communicate and share information with salespeople, customers and team via email and Teams.
- Liaison between customer, sales rep and Pak West.
- Maintain reports for CSA and purchasing.
- Follow up on ETA sales orders and purchase orders.
- Process prepaid orders.
- Margin review and accounting collaboration- research orders and invoices to bill: justifying prices, order qty.
- Back up team members when they are out.
- Assist sales professionals with daily duties as needed.
- Review order delays, back orders, costs, margins, stock levels.
- Enter purchase orders for inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal warehouse and accounting teams on purchase orders.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Ability to write emails for business correspondence and communicate both verbally and written.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and sales reps.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED.
Bachelors’ Degree in Business preferred
Working knowledge of MicroSoft Office Suite, Word
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Sit at a desk and work at a computer- 8 hour day
