Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sponsorship/Partnership Sales and Manager to lead our sponsorship and partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, relationship management, and a passion for the film industry. This role is crucial for securing sponsorships and partnerships that align with AFC's mission and enhance the experience of our events and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sponsorship Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy that aligns with AFC’s goals and objectives.
- Identify and Cultivate Leads: Research and identify potential sponsors and partners. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with sponsors and partners. Serve as the primary point of contact and manage ongoing communications.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead negotiations and secure sponsorship agreements. Ensure mutually beneficial terms and successful partnerships.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, event planning, and other internal teams to ensure the successful execution of sponsorship deliverables.
- Develop Sponsorship Packages: Create compelling sponsorship packages and presentations that effectively communicate the value of partnering with AFC.
- Monitor and Report on Performance: Track and report on the performance of sponsorship and partnership initiatives. Provide regular updates to the CEO and leadership team.
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and innovative approaches.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnership management, or related fields, preferably within the film or entertainment industry.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in securing high-value sponsorships and partnerships.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to meet sponsorship goals.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Passion for Film: A genuine passion for the film industry and a deep understanding of its dynamics and trends.

Pay: $47,174.62 - $56,812.45 per year
