A short term rehabilitation and long term care facility located inBrooklyn, NY is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant to perform Human Resource functions for the facility and provide administrative support to the facility Administrator.
Overall job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, processing all new employees and ensuring completion of credentialing requirements as per facility policy and all applicable Federal, State and Local Laws, processing employee leaves of absence, workers compensation and unemployment claims, employee ongoing credentialing and employee health requirements.
Requirements :
Experience with onboarding , I9's , recruitment, HR software
Associates minimum or Bachelor's degree preferred
Computer literate: Word, outlook, teams, excel required
Smartlinx or other HRMS a plus
Experience in a Human Resource department of a health care facility a plus
